By accessing or using PollyKit products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PollyKit is operated by Carefree Allergy, LLC, located at 711 E. Carefree Hwy, Phoenix, AZ 85085.

PollyKit is an at-home air quality testing kit that provides environmental pollen and mold data through lab-tested results. PollyKit is not a diagnostic test and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results should be shared with your healthcare provider for proper medical advice.

All sales are final.We do not offer refunds for purchased kits.

Defective or Damaged Kits:If you receive a defective or damaged kit, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your kit at admin@carefreeallergy.com or call 623-303-2060.

Subscription Cancellation:Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

You agree to use PollyKit products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Misuse or tamper with the testing kit or samples
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate our testing methodology
• Use the product for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

All content, designs, trademarks, and technology associated with PollyKit are the property of Carefree Allergy, LLC. Our testing methodology and hardware design are patent pending.

PollyKit provides environmental data only and does not provide medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carefree Allergy, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our product.
