1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of PollyKit's air quality testing kits, all sales are final once a kit has been shipped. We are unable to accept returns once purchase has been completed.
2. Defective or Damaged Kits
If you receive a kit that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your kit at admin@carefreeallergy.com or call 623-303-2060. We may request photos of the damaged kit before processing a replacement.
3. Unshipped Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at admin@carefreeallergy.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed.
4. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account or by contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in a billing period once it has started.
5. Lost or Missing Kits
If your kit has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at admin@carefreeallergy.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Replacements for lost kits are handled on a case-by-case basis.
